                                TALL OAKS CROSSING HOMEOWNERS ASSOC.

 

The Tall Oaks Crossing HOA Annual Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 7:00 PM via virtual audio/video session (contact Managing Agent at 301-953-1955, Ext. 220 for meeting details). The purpose of the meeting is to elect up to four (4) homeowners to the Board of Directors.  If a quorum is not present at that meeting by 7:15 pm the procedure authorized by the Maryland HOA Act will be invoked and a majority of the members present at that meeting vote in favor of a reconvened annual meeting to occur no less than 15 days after the original scheduled Annual Meeting. The reconvened meeting will be held on October 6, 2022, at 7:00 pm via the same virtual session, and the meeting access information will be the same as the initial meeting (refer to the Annual Meeting notice previously sent or contact Managing Agent at 301-953-1955, Ext. 220 for the reconvened meeting details).  The purpose of this reconvened meeting is the same – it is a continuance of the original meeting and shall be for the election of up to four (4) homeowners to the Board of Directors. At the reconvened meeting, the members present in person or by proxy shall constitute a quorum.  A majority of the members present in person or by proxy may approve or authorize the proposed action at the reconvened meeting and may take any other action which could have been taken at the original annual meeting if a quorum of members had been present.
